摘要
本文对材料纳米力学性能测试方法进行了研究,重点分析了颗粒材料纳米压痕测试的原理和方法。针对纳米压痕测试需求,设计了一种简易制样方法,实测了泥沙粒子表面硬度和弹性模量。并利用应变式直剪仪测试了泥沙颗粒表面摩擦性能。结果表明,泥沙颗粒表面纳米硬度及弹性模量分别为1.94 GPa和30.57 GPa,颗粒表面摩擦系数约为0.65。纳米压痕及直剪试验提供了丰富的颗粒材料近表面弹塑形变形和摩擦信息,是评价泥沙颗粒力学及摩擦性能的有效方法。
The testing methods for nanomechanic properties of materials were studied,and the main principle of nanoindentation technology are nanlyzed.A simple specimen preparation method were designed for the demand of micro property test.The hardness and elastic modulus of sand particles were tested by nano-indentation techniques,the frictional property of sand particles were tested by direct shear apparatus.As the results,the nanohardness and elastic modulus of sand particles are 1.65 GPa and 26.84 GPa respectively,and the friction coefficient on the granular surface is about 0.65.Nanointendation and direct shear tests can provide more information about the near-surface elastic-plastic deformation and frictional properties,and it is an effective way to evaluate the mechanical and frictional properties of sand particles.
