摘要
对海拔 5 0 0~ 90 0m朋娜脐橙进行生态习性观察和果实品质测定 ,经对比分析和直线回归关系显著性测验的结果表明 ,海拔升高 ,树冠矮化 ,从坡脚到坡顶 6个海拔带树高标准差为2 3 76% ,果形指数分别为 1 0 2、1 0 3、1 0 3、0 98、0 97、0 99,果皮由橙黄趋于橙红色。随着海拔升高 ,全糖下降 ,可溶性固形物 (TSS)相关不明显 ,差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 ) ;含酸量、Vc与海拔高度呈正相关 ,与年平均气温呈负相关 ,差异极显著 (P <0 0 1)。果实在常温下贮藏 90~ 12 0d ,甜酸适中 ,口感好。贮藏期过长 ,品质差 ,高海拔带果实品质比低海拔带下降快。
The ecological habits and fruit qualities of Skagss Bonanza were studied in the altitudes between 500~900 m. Through contrast analysis and linear regression test ,the results indicate that when altitude is going up the tree crown tends to be dwarf. Six altitude belts are divided from slope foot to top and the standard deviation of tree height is 23.76%. The fruit from exponent of each bect is 1.02,1.03, 1.03, 0.98,0.97,0.99 and the colour of fruit skin changes from orange to orange red. As the altitude is going up the fructose contents drop. The total soluble solid is not evidently associated with altitude and the difference is not significant (P>0 05). The fruit acid and vitamin C are positively related with altitude, but negatively related with annual average temperature and the difference is very significant (P<0 01).The fruits can be stored at room temperature for 90~120 d and the taste keeps fine. If the storage period extends the fruit quality becomes bad, the fruit quality at high altitude drops more quickly than that at low altitude.
