摘要
本试验采用海丰奶牛场有限公司2 480头澳系荷斯坦牛初配月龄及其第一胎泌乳性能数据,分析不同初配月龄对第一胎泌乳天数、全泌乳期实际产奶量、305天校正奶量、305天脂肪产量和305天蛋白产量的影响。结果表明,22月龄初配奶牛305天校正奶量最高（8 934±1 667kg）,其次为14月龄,24月龄305天校正奶量最低。14月龄初配奶牛全泌乳期产奶量最高（9 369±1 375kg）,并且14~16、19~22月龄初配奶牛全泌乳期产奶量显著高于其他月龄奶牛（P〈0.05）。22月龄初配奶牛305天脂肪产量和蛋白产量均达到最高。综上,该场澳系进口荷斯坦牛初配月龄为14月龄时最佳。
A total of 2480 data of Holstein imported from Australia in 2009 of Haifeng Dairy Cattle Farm were used in this study to investigate the effects of the age of first mating on the first lactating days, the actual yield of milk during lactation, 305 days correction milk product, fat and protein yield of 305 days of Holstein. The results showed that 305 days correction milk products of the first lactation for the 22 month-age Holstein of first mating was the largest at 8934kg, following by 14 month-age Holstein, and 24 month-age Holstein was the smallest. In terms of the whole lactation milk yield, there was the most high milk yield in Holstein of the first mating at 14 month-age. The whole lactation milk yield of 14-16 and 19-22 month-age Holstein were higher than that of the others（P〈0.05）. Both the fat and protein yield of 305 days for the 22 month-age Holstein were the largest. In conclusion, the best first mating month-age of Holstein was at 14 months of this dairy cattle farm.
