摘要
用高效液相色谱氨基酸自动分析仪与原子吸收分光光度计分别测定7种寄生蠕虫的氨基酸和化学元素的种类及含量,结果:寄生虫的氨基酸种类随其种属、雌雄和不同发育期而异,但同一虫体的不同组织器官则为一致。这些蠕虫含14~17种氨基酸,其中以天冬氨酸(10.13~15.77%)和谷氨酸(10.92~16.24%)含量最高。各发育期的虫种均含微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe与常量元素Ca、Mg等离子,其含量亦示寄生虫的种属和发育期不尽相同。前者以Zn(214~285μg/0.1g)或Fe(305~4300μg/0.1g)为主,后者以Ca或Mg为多。寄生虫体这些化学物质的生物学活性与催化化学反应方面是一个待探讨的新课题。
Seven species oi helminths (A. 1, An. c,S. J,P. w,F. b,D. c and M. m)dry powder after hydrolizing or high pressure were digested and resolved using Water HPLC and type WFX-IB AAS to ascertain amino-acids (AA) and micro-elements (ME) respectively. There are 14-17 AA and 5 ME in the dif fetent species.There were greater variation among different species,sex(S. j)and stage development (P. w) ,but it was the same in different tissue organ (A. 1)of same parasite. The most amounts ((ng/mg dry wt. )of worm AA were glutamic(10. 9-15. 2%)and aspatic (10. 1-15. 8%)acid, next in glycine (4. 3-11. 6%) ,leucine(5. 6-9. 5%)and proline (4. 0-8. 7%), and very little or lack in others. The ME content (μg/0. 1g dry wt. )of Zn was found to be highest in S. j( )(1455. 0),young worm (214. 0)and metacercaria(1016. 6) of P. w and An.c(2857. 1),Fe was the highest in A. 1(700-4300. 0),S. j()(358. 8),P. w(3165. 0) ,F. b(500. 0), D. c(781. 8)and M. m(305. 0). Cu(4. 4-74.1)was the least in all helminths.
