眼底激光光凝术后诱发硅油急性进入前房继发青光眼二例

病例1患者女性,53岁。左眼因增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)Ⅵ期行玻璃体切除硅油填充术,术后视网膜复位良好,眼压正常,2个月后在门诊接受了视网膜氩激光光凝治疗(激光功率200 mw,光斑大小400μm,时间0.2~0.25 s,共486点)。激光术后约24小时,患者感觉左眼胀痛,视物模糊,
