摘要
分析了国内常用废旧硅橡胶裂解方法的利弊 ,介绍了一种新型裂解催化剂BY -H。采用该催化剂可有效地提高二甲基环硅氧烷混合物的回收率和质量 ,平均收率可达废旧硅橡胶中聚硅氧烷总量的 95 %以上 ;所回收的二甲基环硅氧烷混合物经精制后用于生产 1 0 7硅橡胶 ,其粘度可达 5 0 0Pa·s,且稳定性好 ;工艺条件也得到了明显的改善。
