摘要 综述了分子伴侣的结构、性质、作用机理及分子伴侣在蛋白质复性过程中的应用。 The characterization,structure and reactive principle of molecular chaperonin are summarized in thie paper. The recent application of molecular chaperonin in the process of protein reactivation is also reviewed.
