摘要
随着时代的进步,大学校园文化呈现多姿多彩的特点,而学生的活动项目、数量、规模内容等也多元化。基于此,高校学生工作的管理也应该与时俱进,结合现在管理学的理论来管理学生会,这无论对于管理主体的学生会的管理者还是对于作为学生会管理的客体学生来说,都具有一定的积极意义。本文通过分析学生会干部管理采用企业化管理模式的必然性和可能性。形成一种坚持以学生为本的以企业管理为视角的引入人力资源管理中的绩效考核和项目化管理等诸多方法的管理模式。为完善高校学生会管理模式提供新思路和借鉴。
With the development of our society, the campus culture presents a variety of characteristics, and the students＇ activities projects, quantity, scale content and so on also are diversified. Based on this, the management of the university students should also be with the times, combined with the theory of Management to manage the Student Union,which have a certain positive significance. This paper analyzes the possibility of using enterprise management to manage the Student Union,providing new ideas and reference for improving University students＇ union management model.
