摘要
目的总结和分析TCD在老年人椎基底动脉缺血检查中的应用情况,并对其临床应用价值进行探讨。方法对于收治的椎基底动脉缺血的老年患者150例,应用TCD技术检测脑血管血流。选取50例正常健康者作为对照,将两者进行比较,观察VBI患者脑血流变化情况。结果 TCD能够准确检测出LVA、RVA和BA血流峰速度及脑血管血流异常情况。结论 TCD观测结果能反映VBI的变化情况,可以用于临床VBI的诊断及疗效观察。
Objective To investigate the utilization of TCD in vertehrobasilar blood insufficiency inspection and discuss the value of TCD in clinical application. Methods For the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency, TCD was performed on 150 patients to determine the blood flow. Selected 50 cases of normal healthy individuals as control. Results TCD could detect the abnormal condition of vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency patients. Conclusion TCD can accurately detect the blood flow peak velocity of the LVA, RVA and BA.TCD can detect the abmormal changes of blood flow in vertebrobasilar blood insufficiency patient and is valuable for clinical diagnosis of VBI.
