摘要
目的回顾性研究硬膜外麻醉后引发产妇仰卧位低血压综合征的原因及防治措施。方法 1986年6月～2010年6月随机抽取剖宫产手术麻醉记录单1000例,对其资料进行分析和统计。结果 38例孕妇发生麻醉后仰卧位低血压综合征发生率为3.8%,为麻醉区域血管扩张所致。结论对麻醉后引发的体位性低血压要注重预防措施。
Objective Retrospectively studied the causes and prevention measures of supine hopotension syndrome of pregnant women after the epidural anesthesia. Methods Analysed 1 000 data of anesthesia record form of cesarean section surgery from June 1986 to June 2010. Results 38 cases appeared supine hopotension syndrome after anesthesia,the rate of incidence was 3.8%,caused by expansion of blood vessels of regional anesthesia. Conclusion We should pay attention to the prevention measures of supine hopotension syndrome after epidural blockade.
