摘要
目的观察复方斑蝥胶囊联合化疗治疗中晚期原发性肝癌的临床疗效。方法将80例中晚期原发性肝癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。结果观察组有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组进展率(PD)低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量(KPS),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后免疫功能与对照组比较差异有显著统计学意义统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方斑蝥胶囊有抗肿瘤和免疫复活作用,可提高化疗的疗效,同时能提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of compound banmao capsules combined with chemotherapy for advanced liver cancer.Method 80 patients with advanced liver cancer were divided into two groups：control group and observation group.Results Efficiency of the observation group was higher than those in the control group,but there was no significant difference（P0.05）;The observation group had a higher KPS and a better immunological function,while a lower PD than the control group after treatment.Conclusion Compound banmao capsules have the antitumor function,and can improve the curative effect of chemotherapy and immunological function,as well as to improve their quality of life.
