摘要
目的通过对肿瘤患者的心理护理干预,解除他们心理压力,使得积极主动配合治疗。方法对肿瘤患者实施保护性护理、因人施护、治疗期护理、临终护理。结果通过积极的心理护理干预,增强他们抗病能力和配合治疗的信心,促进病人处于接受治疗的最佳状态。结论合理正确的心理护理干预不仅对肿瘤患者治疗效果有益,也能够大大提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To make patients cooperate with treatment positively and initiatively by means of psy- chological nursing intervention to the tumor patients to remove their psychological pressure. Methods Nursing approaches including protective nursing care, personalized nursing care, nursing care during remedy period, and nursing care at extremity. Results To encourage patients to be in the optimmn condition through positive psycho- logical nursing intervention on the purpose of enhancing their strength to fight against illness as well as the confi- dence in treatment. Conclusion Appropriate psychological nursing intelvenfion could be beneficial to therapeutic effect on tumor patients, also would highly increase their living standard.
