摘要
手术和放疗是治疗宫颈癌最主要的方法,而且疗效十分显著,但无论是手术技巧还是手术方法的改进,无论是放疗设备还是放疗技术的进步,都没有显著改善宫颈癌的5年生存率(overall survival,OS),随着医疗技术的不断发展,随着临床治疗的不断深入,医疗工作者发现化疗在宫颈癌的治疗中具有重要作用,本文就化疗在宫颈癌综合治疗中的应用进行综述。
Operation and radiotherapy are regarded as the main treatments for cervical cancer, and the curative effects are remarkable, which are widely admitted in medical therapy. It seems no access to improve the five-year overall survival either by improvement of the operation skills and methods, or by the progress of radiotherapy. Recently researchers found chemotherapy plays an important role in the therapy of cervical cancer. In this essay, the application of chemotherapy for cervical cancer were reviewed.
