摘要
目的探讨外周中心静脉置管(Peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)并发症的预防与处理。方法对59例PICC置管患者中出现并发症的9例患者护理进行回顾性分析,总结预防PICC置管相关并发症的方法。结果通过对9例PICC置管后出现并发症的患者采取有效的护理措施,达到了预防和减少并发症,延长置管时间的目的。结论采用PICC技术结合针对性护理,可有效预防和减少相关并发症的发生,保证各种药物及营养物质的供给,在临床中适应性好。
Objective To study the prevention and treatment of PICC complications.Method To explore the method of preventing PICC catheter complication,the data about nursing were retrospectively analyzed in 9 cases of 59 patients with PICC complications.Results Through effective nursing measures to the patients,we found that it is the crux to reduce and prevent complications,and to extend the catheter time.Conclusion PICC technology combined with targeted nursing can effectively prevent and reduce the associated complications,and ensure the supply of drugs and nutrient.It is found to be good clinical adaptability.
