摘要
以对叔丁基酚醛树脂 (2 0 4树脂 )和BASF公司的KORESIN树脂为参比测试了改性烷基酚醛树脂TKM M和TKM O对子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶工艺粘合性的影响。试验结果表明 ,TKM系列改进型增粘树脂可在保证硫化胶物理性能的前提下 ,显著提高胶料的工艺粘合性 ,增粘效果及粘性保持率大都明显优于 2 0 4树脂 。
The effects of modified alkyl phenolic resins TKM M and TKM O on the tackness of radial tire shoulder pad were investigated by using tert butyl phenolic resin(204 resin) and KORESIN from BASF as control resins.The results showed that the tackness of pad compound was significantly improved by using the modified tackifying resin TKM series without sacrificing the physical properties of vulcanizate;the tackifying effect and tackness retension of modified TKM series were obviously superior to those of 204 resin and comparable to those of KORESIN.
