摘要
随着中国经济建设加快,建筑市场在不断发展,面对建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈,施工企业的利润空间越来越小,对工程项目的物流成本管理就变得越来越重要。建筑企业的物资采购、运输、仓储、搬运等过程成本占建筑企业总成本60%以上。信息的合理流通并巧妙使用在流程再造上可以大大提高建筑业效率。本文提出了一个建筑业物流流程框架:采用基于改进的设计结构矩阵(DSM)的设计阶段信息流对其流程模型进行优化,并针对优化以后的流程采用Matlab进行计算机仿真,得出参数结果。对于参数结果,采用基于动态合作供应链绩效评价方法对其结果进行评价并与优化之前充分对比。最后分析了影响结果的关键变量,提出了战略性对策以提高建筑业供应链施工过程中的效率。
With the accelerating of China's economic construction, and the continuous development of the construction market.Irt: the face of an increasingly competitive construction market, the profit margins of construction corporate getting smaller and smaller. So the logistics cost of the project management becomes more and more important. The procurement, transportation, storage, moving costs of construction enterprises occupy over 60% of the total cost of construction enterprises. A reasonable flow of information and clever use of recycled in the process can greatly enhance the efficiency of the construction industry. This paper presents a framework of the construction logistics processes. Based on an h-nproved design structure matrix (DSM) at the design stage of its process model of information flow optimization, Then we can use matlab to simulate the optimised process. For the parameters of a result, using the performance evaluation methods of dynamic co-operation supply chain to compare with the former result. And finally, we should analysis the key variables affecting the results of proposed strategic measures to improve the construction process in the construction industry supply chain efficiency.
