摘要
对苯乙烯 -马来酸十八酯 -甲基丙烯酸十八酯三元共聚物 (BE- ME- AE)的合成方法及其降凝效果进行了研究。当 AE、 ME、 BE的重量比为 6 0∶ 10∶ 30时 ,三元共聚物降凝效果好 ,加剂 0 .1%时 ,大庆原油凝固点下降了 17℃ ,江汉原油下降了 13℃ ,江汉原油加剂后 ,35℃时表观粘度下降 6 9% 。
The synthetic method of higher alkyl acrylate-maleric acetate-styrene copolymer(AE-ME-BE)and its effects on pour-point depression and viscosity reduction of crude oil especially on the rheological properties of Jianghan crude oil were studied.The component of monomer AE and copolymer were also determined in this paper.The results were as follow:the pour-point of the Jianghan crude oil lowered by 13℃,apparent viscosity lowered by 69% at 35℃(adding 0.1% copolymer);the pour-point of the Daqing crude oil lowered by 17℃.
