肾移植受者围手术期并发回肠穿孔1例 被引量：1

Perioperative ileal perforation in kidney transplant recipients: case report

摘要 肾移植后消化道并发症多且易被忽视,严重的消化道并发症如空腔脏器穿孔、消化道出血等若不能及时诊治可导致死亡。国外20世纪90年代严重消化系统并发症引起的死亡约占肾移植后所有死亡病例的1.1%[1]。南昌大学第一附属医院器官移植科于2009年成功治疗1例肾移植围手术期回肠末段穿孔病例,现报道如下。
