摘要
目的探讨肝内胆管结石的外科手术治疗方法及疗效。方法对2008年3月～2011年9月本院98例外科治疗的肝内胆管结石患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 98例均采取外科手术治疗,无死亡病例,术后有并发症14例(14.3%),术后残石20例(20.4%)。结论外科治疗要合理选择手术方式,配合影像技术,解除梗阻,去除病因,尽可能降低残石率。
Objective To discuss the surgical treatment method and its effect of calculus of intrahepatic duct.Methods The clinical data of 98 cases with calculus of intrahepatic duct by surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2008 to September 2011 was analyzed retrospectively.Results All of 98 cases took corresponding surgical treatment,there was no dead cases,14 cases（14.3%） with postoperative complications,20 cases（20.4%） with postoperative residual stone.Conclusion The surgical treatment should choose an operative method reasonably,match with image technology,relieve obstruction,remove causes and lower the residual stone rate as much as possible.
