摘要
目的分析流行性乙型脑炎的诊断依据、流行特点、治疗方法以及防控措施等。方法选择流行性乙型脑炎患者120例,对其进行诊断和治疗,并从公共卫生的角度出发,给出防控措施。结果患者经对症治疗后,治愈82例,好转20例,未愈出院9例,死亡9例。结论做好卫生防疫工作,杜绝传播途径和传染源,才是根治流行性乙型脑炎的上策。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic evidence,popular features,treatment,control measures and so on of epidemic encephalitis B.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of epidemic encephalitis B were selected,diagnosed and treated,prevention and control measures were given from public health perspective.Results After symptomatic treatment,82 cases were cured,20 cases were improved,9 cases were not discharged and 9 cases were dead.Conclusion Doing well in health and disease prevention,eliminating the transmission and the source of infection is a good method to radical epidemic encephalitis B.
