摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在综合内科护理工作中的应用。方法针对综合内科病房的护理工作特点进行分析,有目的、有计划、有步骤地实施规范化护理服务。结果通过实施全面全程优质的护理服务,患者对护理工作的满意度>98%,健康教育的知晓率>96%,医生对护理工作的满意度>99%。结论在综合内科病房开展优质护理,提高了护理质量,保证了医疗安全,创造了良好的社会和经济效益。
Objective To discuss the application of high quality nursing service in the nursing work of comprehensive medical ward.Methods According to analysis of the nursing work characteristics in comprehensive medical ward,the standard nursing service was implemented purposefully,designedly and step by step.Results Through implementing the high quality nursing service fully and comprehensively,the satisfaction rate of patient to nursing work was over 98%,the awareness rate of health education was over 96%,and the satisfaction rate of doctor to nursing work was over 99%.Conclusion Development of high quality nursing service in the comprehensive medical ward can enhance the quality of nursing service,ensure the medical safety and create good society and economic benefits.
