常规尿检整合分类预测肾病理损伤的相关性研究 被引量：5

摘要 目的对常规尿检结果的整合分类与患有肾病患者的病理损伤程度的相关性进行研究分析。方法抽取在过去一段时间内来本院就诊的64例患有肾病的临床确诊患者病例,对抽样患者进行尿常规检验,对常规尿检结果对该类患者进行诊断的准确性和尿检结果与肾组织病理学的符合率进行研究分析。结果研究发现,抽样研究对象中有59例患者的病情经过对尿检结果分析后得到确诊,常规尿检结果与肾组织病例诊断的符合率也高达92.2%。结论对患有肾疾病的患者在进行常规尿检后,对检测结果进行整合分类,可以对肾病患者的病理损伤程度进行准确的判断,为临床诊断提供可靠的参考依据,能够为临床对该类患者进行更好的治疗争取更多时间。
