摘要
目的探讨B超引导下经腹壁羊膜腔穿刺术的护理方法。方法对本院符合羊膜腔穿刺术指征的328例孕妇行羊膜腔穿刺术,并进行有效的护理,总结护理体会。结果 328例孕妇均穿刺成功,无一例发生流产、宫内感染等并发症,7例确诊胎儿染色体核型异常孕妇均平静接受引产术。结论对羊膜腔穿刺术患者实施积极有效的术前、术中、术后护理,是羊膜腔穿刺术顺利进行的重要保证。
Objective To discuss about nursing method of amniocentesis through abdominal wall leading by type-B ultrasonic.Methods Three hundred and twenty eight cases of pregnant women matching the indication were given amniocentesis,and they were given effective nursing,the nursing experience was summarized.Results Three hundred and twenty eight cases of pregnant women all punctured success,and there was no complications such as abortion intrauterine infection,7 cases of pregnant women accepted the odinopoeia because their fetus were diagnosed with chromosome abnormalitie.Conclusion In order to make the surgery smoothly,taking pre/intra/postoperative care of patients is improtant.
