摘要
目的总结产后大出血介入治疗的护理体会。方法对50例产后大出血应用介入治疗的产妇在术后进行有针对性的心理护理和术后护理,观察疗效。结果 50例产后大出血产妇经子宫动脉栓塞治疗后,经过2周的护理,有49例活动性出血停止,1例仍有微量出血,经过相关护理及对症治疗后均痊愈出院。结论介入治疗是一种治疗产后大出血的安全有效的疗法,在术后进行合理的护理尤为关键。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of interventional treatment for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Fifty cases of postpartum hemorrhage puerperal were given intervention treatment,and then they were given psychological nursing,and postoperative nursing,the curative effect were observed.Results Fifty cases of postpartum hemorrhage maternal were all given uterine artery embolization therapy,active bleeding of 49 cases stoped immediately,1 case still had a micro bleeding,but over a period of related nursing and symptomatic treatment,all patients were recovered.Conclusion Interventional therapy is quick,simple,safe,effective treatment method of postpartum hemorrhage,and the correct effective nursing after interventional treatment is also important.
