摘要
目的观察西药奥美拉唑联合中成药胃康灵治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法将78例消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各39例,对照组采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑联合胃康灵进行治疗,两组疗程均为4周,治疗后评定疗效。结果观察组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为92.31%和71.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合胃康灵治疗消化性溃疡疗效确切,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of omeprazole combined with Weikangling in the treatment of peptic ulcer（PU）.Methods Seventy eight patients with PU were randomly divided into observation group（omeprazole group,39 cases） and control group（omeprazole combined with Weikangling group,39 cases）.The treatment lasted 4 weeks,and the effects were evaluated.Results The clinical total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.31% and 71.79%,there were statistically significant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Weikangling has good effect on PU,it is worthy of being recommended in patients with PU in the clinic.
