多西紫杉醇顺铂联合三维适形放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨多西紫杉醇顺铂联合三维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将120例患者随机分为同步放化疗组(实验组)和单纯放疗组(对照组),每组60例,化疗采用多西紫杉醇75mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天,顺铂30mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1～3天。化疗在放疗第1、29天进行,共2个周期。两组均采用三维适形放疗,常规分割,200cGY/次,1次/d,5d/周,DT6000cGY。结果实验组和对照组放疗结束时获完全缓解分别为80.00%(48/60)和60.00%(36/60),部分缓解分别为18.33%(11/60)和31.67%(19/60)(P<0.05);实验组和对照组的1年局部控制率和生存率分别为73.33%(44/60)、88.33%(53/60)和51.67%(31/60)、75.00%(45/60)(P<0.05)。不良反应主要是白细胞减少和放射性食管炎。结论多西紫杉醇顺铂联合三维适形放疗同步治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效增高显著,不良反应增加,但患者均可耐受。
