摘要
目的探讨早期联合用药治疗三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛的效果。方法三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛患者64例,根据入院顺序,分为治疗组与对照组各32例,对照组采用传统药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用激素联合治疗。结果经过治疗后,对照组有效率为84.4%,治疗组有效率为100.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.215,P<0.05)。两组比较初诊VAS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组比较疗程结束时VAS差异有统计学意义(t=3.252,P<0.05)。结论早期联合用药治疗三叉神经型带状疱疹后疼痛能有效提高治疗疗效,减轻疼痛状况,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of early combination therapy for trigeminal nerve pain after shingles.Methods Sixty four patients with trigeminal nerve pain after shingles were divided into treatment group and control group under the hospital order,with 32 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional drug therapy,the treatment group was given hormone therapy on basis of control group.Results After treatment,the control group＇s efficient was 84.4%,so that was 100.0% in the treatment group（χ2 = 6.215,P 0.05）.VAS value in the two groups had no significant difference before treating（P 0.05）,but had significant difference after treating（t = 3.252,P 0.05）.Conclusion Early combination therapy of trigeminal nerve-type pain after shingles can improve treatment efficacy,reduce pain conditions,should be widely applied.
