摘要
目的探讨小切口椎板间开窗髓核切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者112例,随机分为小切口微创组和传统手术组,分析两组临床疗效、手术时间、出血量及住院时间等情况。结果小切口微创组临床疗效明显优于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);小切口微创组在手术时间、失血量、住院时间等方面均显著少于传统手术组。结论小切口椎板间开窗髓核切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect and security of small incision fenestration nucleus surgery in treating lumbar disc herniation.Methods One hundred and twelve lumbar disc herniation patients were selected and randomly divided into minimally invasive group and the conventional surgery group,compared clinical efficacy,operative time,blood loss and stay length of the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of minimally invasive group was significantly better than conventional surgery group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）;operative time,blood loss and stay length of minimally invasive group were significantly less than conventional surgery group.Conclusion Small incision fenestration nucleus surgery for lumbar disc herniation is effective,safe and reliable.
