摘要
目的分析人工流产术后发生闭经的原因,为相关的临床实践提供参考。方法对82例人工流产术后发生闭经的患者进行宫腔镜检查、病理检查和激素测定。结果宫腔内口粘连9例,宫腔粘连25例,宫腔瘢痕13例,宫内残留物8例,宫腔内未见异常27例;82例均刮出内膜组织,其中属于增生期内膜的45例,分泌期内膜的22例,内膜增生过长的15例;有排卵的9例,无排卵的16例,卵巢功能早衰9例,高催乳素血症13例,丘脑功能失调性闭经15例,20例FSH、LH均低下。结论宫腔异常和下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴系统功能失调是女性人工流产术后闭经的原因。
Objective To provide a reference for clinical practice by analyzing the causes of amenorrhea after artificial abortion.Methods Made hysteroscopy,pathological examination and hormone determination to 82 cases of patients with amenorrhea after abortion surgery.Results Nine cases of patients had port adhesion intrauterine,25 cases of patients had intrauterine adhesions,13 cases of patients had uterine scar,8 cases of patients had intrauterine residue,27 cases of patients had no abnormal intrauterine;82 cases were scraped off the endometrial tissue,which belongs to the proliferation endometrium were 45 cases,secretory phase endometrium were 2 cases,endometrial hyperplasia were 15 cases;9 cses of patients had ovulation,16 cases of patients had anovulatory,9 cases of patients had ture ovarian failure,13 cases of patients had hyperprolactinemia,15 cases of patients had dysfunctional hypothalamic amenorrhea,20 patients＇ FSH,LH were low.Conclusion Uterine anomalies and hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis system dysfunction are the causes of amenorrhea of women after abortion.
