摘要 随着生活水平的提高,人们对于各类公共场所的安全性需求也越来越高。为了给各种公共场所提供安全环境并建立有效的监控机制,该文设计了一种基于3G网络传输的H.264网络视频监控系统,从CIF格式的数据中抽取出QCIF格式的数据,使H.264视频数据适用于3G网络传输,在保证视频质量的同时也兼顾了网络流量的问题。与传统的有线网络视频监控系统相比,采用3G网络设计的视频监系统具有更灵活、方便的特点。经测试表明,该方案最终可行,并且具有较好的视频效果。 With the development of living standard,there is an increasing demand for public security.In order to provide a safe environment for all kinds of public places and to establish an effective monitoring mechanism,this paper designs a H.264 video monitoring system based on 3G.The paper designs an algorithm to extract QCIF format data from CIF format data,making it appropriate for 3G network transmission.It guarantees the video quality while taking into account the issue of network traffic.Compared with the traditional wired network video monitoring system,3G network video surveillance system take the advantage of more flexible and convenience.After testing,the scheme works well and performs with high video quality.
