摘要
目的 :评价谷氨酰胺联合雷尼替丁对消化性溃疡的疗效。 方法 :采用随机双盲对照设计 ,5 9例患者随机分成验证组 17例 ,口服谷氨酰胺 5 0 0 mg,4次 /d,雷尼替丁 15 0 m g,2次 /d;对照组 2 2例 ,口服安慰剂 (淀粉胶囊 ) 2粒 ,4次 /d,雷尼替丁 15 0 mg2次 /d;开放组 (2 0例 )给药同验证组。疗程均为 4周。 结果 : 验证组 (胃溃疡 12例 ,十二指肠球部溃疡 5例 ) ,治愈率 35 .3% (6 /17) ,显效率 5 8.8% (10 /17) ,总有效率 94.1% (16 /17)。对照组 (胃溃疡11例 ,十二指肠球部溃疡 11例 ) ,治愈率 9.1% (2 /2 2 ) ,显效率 36 .4% (8/2 2 ) ,总有效率 86 .4% (19/2 2 )。 结论 :谷氨酰胺联合雷尼替丁治疗消化性溃疡疗效好 ,不良反应小。
Objectives:To evaluate the efficacy of glutamine plus Ranitidine in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods:A randomized double blind study was conducted. A total of 59 patients were studied ,with 17 in the study group receiving the treatment of glutamine 500 mg four times daily plus Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day for 4 weeks,22 in the control group receiving the treatment of 2 starch capsules four times daily plus Ranitidine 150 mg twice a day for 4 weeks, and the remaining 20 in the opening group receiving the same treatment as the study group. Results:The cure rate of the study group with consisted of 12 patients with gastric ulcer and 5 patients with duodenal ulcer,was 35.3%(6/17),the effectual rate was 58.8% (10/17)and the overall efficiency was 94.1%(16/17).In the control group which consisted of 11 patients with gastric ulcer and 11 patients with duodenal ulcer, the cure rate,effectual rate and total effectual rate were 9.1%(2/22)、36.4%(8/22)and 86.4%(19/22) respectively.During the treatment only 1 case of constipation developed. Conclusions: Glutamine plus Ranitidine is a highly effective and economic protocol for the treatment of peptic ulcer with few side effects.
