摘要
目的 :总结 1980年 10月至 1997年 10月间 6 3例不同部位的喉癌手术治疗经验。 方法 :采用不同术式行部分喉切除术 ,其中行喉裂开声带切除 19例 ,垂直半喉切除 37例 ,水平半喉切除 7例 ;4例做了功能性颈廓清术 ,术后 44例辅以放疗。 结果 :3年、 5年生存率分别为 81.8% (9/ 11)、 79.1% (34 / 43) ,发音及吞咽功能均恢复 ,拔管率达 92 %。 结论 :认为掌握手术指征 。
Objectives: From the Oct. 1980 to the Oct. 1997,63 patients suffering from laryngeal carcinoma of various stages were surgically treated by different kinds of partial laryngetomy. Methods:Among them,19 cases were given laryngiofission combined with cordectomy,37 for vertical partial laryngectomy and 7 for horizontal partial laryngectomy.Of them,4 cases were performed functional neck dissection meanwhile,and 44 cases given postoperative radiotherapy. Results:The 3 year survival rates and 5 year survival rates were 81.8%(9/11),79.1%(34/43) respectively.All patients rehabilitated their deglutitory and phonatory function.The detubation rate was 92%. Conclusions:Proper hold of surgical indications and full realization of tumor invasion domain are essential to perform partial laryngectomy successfully.
