摘要
目的 :为了满足中老年人的美容需要 ,对中老年人上下睑整形术作一常规性探讨。方法 :对上下睑松驰性皮肤作适量切除 ,对松驰的眼轮匝肌作缩短加固缝扎 ,对疝出的眶脂体作适量的切除 ,对松驰的眶隔筋膜作平行于睑缘的折叠缝合。上睑按重睑术式缝合皮肤 ,下睑切口上下唇皮肤修剪成同等厚度缝合。结果 :受术者 12 7例 ,随访 81例半年至 2年 ,均获满意效果。结论
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of eyelid facelifting operation for middle-aged and old people. METHOD:Under local anesthesia, loose skin of upper and lower eyelid was excised; Orbicular muscle of eye was shortened and sutured; Part of excessive adipose body of orbit was cut; Loose oribital fasciae was foldingly sutured paralleling to palpebral margin; Meision of upper eyelid was sutured by double-eyelid technique; Subcutaneous tissue of lower eyelid was excised and the incision was sutured.RESULTS:81 cases of 127 patients received satisfied results during half year follow-up.CONCLUSION: Eyelid facelifting operation is suitable for middle-aged and old people.
