摘要
农村教师的幸福感制约着农村教育的质量。生活待遇不高、环境压力太大、幸福感受力不强是影响农村教师幸福感的主要因素。政府要动态提高农村教师的生活待遇,学校要全面改善教师的工作环境,教师要加强内在修养,提升幸福感受力。
The happiness of teachers' in rural areas restricts the quality of rural education. The main factors that impact the rural teachers' professional happiness are the low material treatment, high environmental stress and weak sensibility of happiness. In order to improve the rural teachers' sensation of happiness, the government should increase the benefits of teachers, and schools are supposed to better the working atmosphere of teachers. As to the teachers themselves, they also should strengthen their intrinsic culture to improve the sensation of happiness.
