摘要
加强通识教育是促进大学生全面发展的重要途径之一。高等学校对通识教育普遍认识不足，存在通识教育规划不完善、通识教育内容随意性较大，通识教育教师素质不适应等问题。要加强通识教育的理论建设，构建系统的通识教育课程体系，培养一支高素质的通识教育教师队伍，不断提升高等学校通识教育的实效。
General education is important for students＇ integrated development and an important method to quality oriented education. Now our country has one-sided understanding of general education. System of its content is imperfect and informal. The quality of teachers isn＇t adaptable. In order to deal with these problems, build theories of general education, to set up systematical educational curriculums and to train corresponding quality of teachers. At last improve the actual effort.
