摘要
目的:应用Amplatzer封堵器经导管治疗成人动脉导管未闭,探讨其经验及评价疗效。方法:对确诊为动脉导管未闭的29例患者,经导管行Amplatzer封堵器治疗,并于术后24～48小时行彩色多普勒心脏B超检查评价治疗效果。结果:29例全部成功,无严重并发症,彩B检查动脉水平分流面积由术前6.95±3.78cm^2降至术后0.36±0.86cm^2(P<0.0001)。结论:应用Amplatzer封堵器经导管治疗动脉导管未闭成功率高,并发症少,近期疗效肯定,是一种较为理想的封堵器。
Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the results of using Amplatzer duct oc-cluder through catheter to treat adult patent ductus artenosus. Methods; 29 adult patients diagnosed as patent ductus arteriosus were treated with Amplatzer duct occluder through catheter. The results of the treatment were assessed with color Doppler cardiac echo 24 - 48 hours after the procedure. Results: Successful treatment had been made in all 29 patients and no serious complication was observed Color Doppler cardiac echo showed that the area of arteriosus level shunts decreased from 6. 95 ± 3.78cm2 before the treatment to 0.36±0.86cm2 after the treatment. Conclusion; The successful rate of using Amplatzer duct Occluder through catheter to treat adult arteriosus patent duclus is high; the short term results is confirmed, which is a better occlusive method.
