摘要
从"应然"和"实然"两方面对幼儿教师职业的专业性进行探讨,"应然"方面侧重于用理论检视幼儿教师是否专业人员,"实然"方面侧重于通过现状透视幼儿教师职业的专业性,可以看出:现实中幼儿教师职业的专业性与理想状态下幼儿教师职业的专业性还存在很大距离,提高幼儿教师职业的专业性地位的任务任重道远。
The paper discusses the specialization of kindergarten teachers' occupation in the aspects of "what it should be" and "what it is". The former focuses on the use of theory to examine whether kindergarten teachers are professional, while the latter focuses on the specialization of kindergarten teachers' occupation in current situation. We can draw a conclusion that there is a wide gap between the reality of specialization of Kindergarten teachers and the ideal state of that of Kindergarten teachers. Therefore, we have a long way to go to improve the specialization status of Kindergarten teachers' occupation.
