摘要
当今社会复杂多变,学生受到的社会的感染下,存在着思想斗争的局面,因此高职院校的班主任应当积极开展整体教育与个体教育的融合、课堂教育与社会实践教育的融合、科学教育与科学管理的融合、团队教育与目标教育的融合、网络教育与自我教育的融合,才能充分发挥好班主任的教育功能和作用。
Today＇s society is complex,students infected by the society,existing the situation of ideological struggle,so class teachers in vocational colleges should actively carry out the integration of overall education and individual education,the integration of classroom education and social practice education,the integration of scientific education and scientific management,the integration of the team education and the goal education,the integration of network education and self-education,in order to give full play to the educational function and role of the teacher.
