摘要
高校是人才密集的地方,档案的管理也要加强,如果管理不当只会造成对当事人利益的损害,本文论述了我国高校人事档案管理工作的发展现状和存在的问题,并就当前的发展现状进行了分析,提出了档案管理的发展策略。
Colleges and universities are talent-intensive areas,the management of the file should strengthen,improper management will result in damage to the interests of the parties,the paper discusses the status and existing problems of personnel file management in colleges,analyzes the current situation,and proposes the development strategy of file management.
