摘要
给规范下一个准确的定义是现代西方规范论研究首先要解决的问题。为此西方学者从概念辨析的角度,把规范概念与其他相关概念,如规律、规则、原则作出了区分。这一辨析使我们明确了规范作为一种行为的指示系统,具有不同程度的普适性。也正是规范在适用范围和程度上的不同,使得规范在对行为进行指导时发挥的效力和被遵循的方式也有所不同。
The first problem to be solved for modern western theory of norms is to define norm accurately. So some western scholars distinguish between norms and other concepts like laws, rules, and principles. Their analysis reveals that norms, as behavioral indicator systems, have varying degrees of universality. Because of this, the validity of norms and the way they are followed are also different.
