苜蓿草和羊草在生长兔中的表观消化能和主要养分消化率的评定 被引量:12

Assessment on Apparent Digestible Energy and Digestibility of Main Nutrient in Medicago sativa L.and Leymus chinensis for Growing Rabbits

摘要 为评定苜蓿草和羊草在生长兔上的营养价值,选择同龄健康生长兔18只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,雌雄各50%,试验兔单笼饲养,定量自由采食和饮水。试验饲粮用套算法配制,替代比例20%,采用全收粪法进行消化试验,预试期和试验期各5d。结果表明:苜蓿草和羊草中的表观消化能分别为(8.80±2.90)MJ.kg-1和(5.96±1.95)MJ.kg-1,能量(GE)、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、纤维素(CF、NDF、ADF)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、Ca、P和无氮浸出物(NFE)的表观消化率为:苜蓿草49.54%、52.35%、81.95%、23.7%、29.04%、26.73%、87.83%、58.56%、72.39%、45.95%和80.99%;羊草33.59%、39.42%、81.94%、23.89%、29.20%、26.84%、87.02%、58.38%、71.72%、45.41%和80.72%。由结果可知,苜蓿草和羊草饲喂生长兔具有较高的消化能,但个体间差异较大,对CP、EE和Ca的消化率较高,对CF的消化率低,不能消化酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)。 The trial was carried out to assess digestibility of energy and main nutrient in Medicago sativa L and Leymus chinensis for growing rabbits. Eighteen growing rabbits were randomly allocated in three treatments, each of which contained 3 male and 3 female, the rabbits were fed individually, and free choice feeding and water. One group was fed basic diet, other two groups were fed test diet including 80% basal diet and 20% Medicago sativa L or Leymus chinensis respectively, by means of all fecal collection to carry out digest experiment. Both pre-trial and trial period was 5 days. The results showed that the apparent digestible energy of Medicago sativa L and Leymus chinensis were (8.80±2.90)MJ .kg^-1 and (5.96±1.95)MJ .kg^-1respectively. Apparent digestibility of GE, DM, CP, CF, NDF, ADF, EE, Ash, Ca, P and NFE in Medicago sativa L were 49.54, 52.35, 81.95, 23.70, 29.04, 26.73, 87.83, 58.56, 72.39, 45.95 and 80.99%, respectively of which in Leyrnus chinensis were33.59, 39.42, 81.94, 23.89, 29.20, 26.84, 87.02, 58.38, 71.72, 45.41 and 80.72%.Conclusion was that the ADE in Medicago sativa L and Leymus chinensis for growing rabbits was higher, but it had great variation. Availability of CP,EE and Ca were high, and the availability of CF in Medicago sativa L and Leymus chinensis for rabbits were low, the rabbits can not digest lignin.
