摘要
地籍管理是国土资源管理的基础,是严格土地管理的重要保障,是保护资源、保障发展、维护权益、服务社会的重要手段。地籍管理学课程具备理论基础丰富、实践应用性强、综合性强和现势性强的特点,要根据社会需求和土地管理人才培养要求,建立课程教学目标和设置课程内容,地籍管理学教学改革应该强调课程内容体系及时更新,能够反映出本学科发展的进展和前沿;强化理论基础,培养学生实践创新能力;紧密结合科研课题研究,以科研促进教学;鼓励多学科教师加入课程建设团队,提升综合教学质量。
Cadastre management is the basis of land resource management,an important guarantee of strict management of land resources and an important means of protecting resources,maintaining rights,securiting development and serving the society.The cadastre management course has the characteristics of rich theoretical basis,strong practical applicability,comprehensiveness and being easily updated.According to the social demand and the requirement of talent training of land management,the teaching goal and the setup of curriculum content of the course is established;the curriculum content system must be timely updated and reflect the latest development of the science;strengthening theoretical basis and training the innovative ability in students＇ practice;teachers of multidisciplinary courses involves in the course team construction,upgrading the comprehensive teaching quality and promoting teaching combining with scientific research.
