摘要
黑龙江省与俄罗斯贸易的发展,不仅对黑龙江省经济发展具有重要意义,也是中俄两国关系发展的重要内容。本文从比较优势、资源及产业的互补性与竞争性、博弈论和对经济发展的作用等角度,对目前双方贸易规模、贸易结构、贸易差额、贸易效应进行分析,确定符合双方利益的贸易发展方向和发展目标,可以在巩固双方传统优势、扩大贸易规模的基础上,优化进出口商品结构,推动以技术贸易为先导的产业合作,实现贸易对区域经济发展的带动作用。
The trade development between Heilongjiang province and Russia not only has the importance to the economic development of Heilongjiang, but also is an important content of the development of the Sino-Russian relations. From the perspective of comparative advantage, complementarity and competitiveness of resources and industries, game theory and functions for economic development, this article analyses the trade size, trade structure, trade balance and trade effect of the two sides, defines the trade development direction and goals that fit their interests. On the basis of consolidating their traditional advantages and expanding their trade scale, the two sides should optimize their import-export commodity composition, push forward the industrial cooperation with a priority over the trade in technology, and realize the role of trade in driving regional economic development.
