摘要
目的:建立桑麻口服液的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对方中所含的连翘、黄芩、紫菀进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱测定方中所含连翘苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱法可鉴别出连翘、黄芩、紫菀,且阴性对照无干扰;连翘苷在0.552～3.864μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.68%,RSD=1.20%。结论:本方法操作简便、准确可靠,重现性好、可作为桑麻口服液的质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish the quality standard of Sangma oral liquid.Methods： The three components—Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Asteris in Sangma oral liquid were qualitatively by TLC.The contents of Forsythin in Sangma oral liquid was determined by HPLC.Results： The TLC spots of Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Scutellariae and Radix et Rhizoma Asteris were clear with good resolution and free of interference of negative samples.The linear ranges of Forsythin was0.552~3.864μg,the average recovery rate was 98.68%,RSD=1.20%.Conclusion： The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive and reliable,the method can be used to control the quality of Sangma oral liquid.
