摘要
本文对混橡作业工人51名和木模工人37名,进行职业性皮肤病调查,并做皮肤斑贴试验,空气中粉尘浓度测定及细胞遗传学效应研究。结果表明:混橡作业工人皮肤病患病率为68.7%,与对照组相比,差异非常显著(P<0.001);对12种配料成分做了斑贴试验,其中8种呈现不同程度的阳性反应。细胞遗传学效应研究表明:接触组染色体畸变率、双着丝粒体和染色体断裂率均明显高于对照组。笔者建议,把染色体畸变分析,作为橡胶作业人群的健康监护指标。
A study of occupational dermatosis, patch test, air dust concentrationand cellular genetics for rubber (51 cases) and wood model (37 cases)workers were carried out in Zhengzhou cable factory.It was found that theincidence of rubber workers was 68.7%, much higher than that of woodmodel workers (P<0.001).Patch test was carried out for 12 component mate-rials, 8 of them appeared positive reaction in various degrees.The studyof cellular genetics indicated that chromosome abrretion and break rate,double kinetochore rate in contacted group were significantly higber thanthat of control group.The authers suggested that analysis for chromosomeabrretion should be a supervised index for the health of rubber workers.
