摘要
对34例活动期和稳定期SLE患者血清Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Cd和Pb离子浓度做了测试。和正常对照组比较,活动期和稳定期的血清Zn、Cu、Fe值下降,血清Mg和Mn值升高。血清Cd和Pb值无变化。
Serum Zn, Cu, Fe,Fe,Mn,Cd and Pb ions were determined in progressionand regression stages in 34 cases with SLE.Serum Zn, Cu, Fe were lowerdin those with progression and regression stages, serum Mg and Mn were ri-sed when compared to those of the control group (p<0.05).No change ofserum Cd and Pb was found.
