摘要 混合醇、甲基丙烯酸、催化剂、阻聚剂混合在 1 1 0℃~ 1 50℃恒温 3— 4h合成酯与丙烯腈、苯乙烯、硫酸化动植物油、引发剂等单体发生聚合反应 ,控制温度 90℃以内 ,反应 2 .5h后降温至 60℃ ,调 pH值至 7.0~ 7.5制成低雾高效复鞣加脂剂。 In the presence of mixed alcohol, methyl acrylic acid, catalyst and polymerigation inhibitor, the ester is synthesized at 110?℃~150?℃, and reacted at this temp. for 3-4 h. The polymerigation reaction takes place among the mixture and acrylotrile, styrene, sulfated animal and vegetable oil, inhibitor and other component. And then the mixture is reacted at about 90℃ for 2.5 h, then decreased to the temp. of 60 ℃. Finally the pH value is adjusted to 7.0-7.5 to give the title product.
