摘要
目的探讨数字X线下肢静脉造影术在下肢静脉曲张中的临床应用。方法选择在我科行下肢静脉造影检查的105例患者的造影资料,与超声所见对比观察。结果 X线下造影像所见191支下肢阳性,超声下见阳性182例。其中造影下见瓣膜不全140例,血栓24例,动静脉畸形11例,串珠样迂曲191例,全程或局部管径增宽165例;超声下见瓣膜不全135例,血栓21例,动静脉畸形11例,串珠样迂曲178例,全程或局部管径增宽163例。造影像检出率稍高于超声像,但是只有在串珠样迂曲征象中具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉造影是诊断下肢静脉病变的"金标准",可动态观察全面了解静脉全程及血流动力学特点。
Objective Digital X-ray of lower limb venography in the clinical application of varicose veins.Method Choose our department venous angiography imaging data of 105 patients with ultrasound findings were compared.Result X-ray imaging with 191 lower limb positive findings,ultrasonography see positive 182 cases.See valve insufficiency under which contrast 140 cases of thrombosis in 24 cases,arteriovenous malformation in 11 cases,191 cases of tortuous beaded,full or partial diameter widened 165 cases;ultrasound see valvular insufficiency of 135 patients,thrombosis in 21 cases,arteriovenous malformation 11 cases,178 cases of tortuous beaded,full or partial diameter widened 163 cases.Slightly higher detection rate with ultrasound imaging phase,but the only signs in the tortuous beaded statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Venography is the diagnostic gold standard for venous disease can fully understand the dynamic observation of the whole vein and hemodynamic characteristics.
