摘要
自身免疫性胰腺炎的概念于1995年被提出,作为慢性胰腺炎的一种,逐渐受到重视,具有自身免疫性的特点。尽管近年来国外报道较多,但其诊断标准并不统一,不易与胰腺癌鉴别,激素治疗效果显著。
Autoimmune pancreatitis（AIP）was first introduced in 1995.Since then,as a type of chronic pancreatitis,AIP,having the feature of autoimmunity,has been gaining more and more attention.Despite of numerous studies abroad in recent years,no consensus has been reached about the diagnostic criteria for AIP,so it is still difficult to distinguish AIP from pancreatic cancer（PC）.Nevertheless,the results find that hormone therapy is significantly effective against AIP.
