大鼠失血性休克时脊髓中脑啡肽的释放增多 被引量:1

INCREASED RELEASE OF SPINAL ENKEPHALINS DURING HEMORRHAGIC SHOCK IN THE RAT

摘要 对戊巴比妥钠麻醉的大鼠,做脊髓蛛网膜下腔灌流,用放射免疫分析的方法测定灌流液中脑啡肽样免疫活性物质的含量。发现在平均动脉血压维持在45mmHg的失血性休克大鼠的灌流液中,甲硫脑啡肽和亮脑啡肽样免疫活性物质的含量明显高于正常血压的对照组。说明在失血性休克时,大鼠脊髓中内源性脑啡肽的释放增多。 The aim of the present work was to study whether spinal enkephalins were released during hemor rhagic shock. Nembutal anesthetized rats were provided with two intrathecal polyethylene tubings and perfused with artificial CSF (50μl/min). Increase of both immunoreactive Met -enkephalin (MEK-ir) and Leu-enkephalin (LEK ir) were found in hemorrhagic rats (MAP maintained at 45mmHg for 2 hours) as compared with normal MAP control rats (P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively). The results suggest that the release of Met and Leu- enkephalin was increased in the spinal cord of the rat during hemorrhagic shock.
